I have now worked with SlopePro on several occasions and I am updating my experience. Initially this was less than ideal while at the staff and worker level. I have found that those staff are no longer involved with the company. Things improved when clear customer concerns were addressed and escalated to management. At the highest levels, SlopePro went above and beyond to address mutual concerns once they were apprised (as staff had not done so). The leadership is empathetic and professional, through this project I eventually engaged with the owners. The project turned out successful due to their attention to the scoped requirements and details, clearly they have the industry background with the expertise to deliver. I will seek this company for future work and would recommend use of their services, thank you again.

My experience with SlopePro was great from beginning to end. I contacted them via Thumbtack when I started having leaks in my split level home late one night during one of the recent snow storms we had. Justin from SlopePro came out the very next day to perform an inspection of our roof. He clearly and throughly pointed out various issues with our roof and included pictures so we’d have a better understanding of the issues. We were presented with multiple options to fix the problems or replace the entire roof. We thought the price for replacing the roof was really good and went with that option. Within about two weeks, SlopePro arrived to replace the roof. Justin kept us well informed and frequently updated us of the progress, always asking if we had any questions. We could truly relax (or in our case, work from home) and let the professionals do what they do best. The entire roof install was done in 2 days. I would highly recommend SlopePro for your roofing needs of you want a professional, customer centric experience. I definitely plan to use them again in the future when we save up for some gutter guards.

Such a great experience. I had a small tear in my roof and Alden responded to my request for an estimate within HOURS! He arrived on time for estimate and it was fixed the next day. Other contractors (not on Thumbtack) either didn't return my call at all or said they'd contact me when they had an "opening". Never heard back.
