FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually price by project, using my hourly rate as a baseline. Once I understand what you’re looking for, I’ll give you a clear estimate up front so there are no surprises. Larger or ongoing projects can sometimes be bundled at a better rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk through what you’re trying to do—who it’s for, where it’s going, and what success looks like. From there, I’ll suggest a simple plan, timeline, and budget. Once we agree, I handle the production/editing, check in with drafts, and make revisions until it feels right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from real-world work. I’ve spent the last five years as a media producer with Envoy and as a freelance editor and creative producer, handling everything from brand videos and podcasts to social content. That mix of studio work and client work has given me a solid, practical foundation in video production, editing, and sound.
