- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Wedding in a Chestnut grove 40 miles outside of Portland. All the meats were cooked over charcoal for eight hours, suckling pig, beef brisket, game hens and leg of lamb. The hors d'ouvres served at the start of the reception were simple, beautiful and extraordinarily well received. Chestnut Glace for dessert perfectly closed the meal after a beautiful ceremony.
