- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I service a large radius in southern and central Virginia. Based in the Roanoke region, I will travel to North Carolina and West Virginia to accommodate my customers for special occasions. My packages all include professionally edited, high resolution photos with a print release. All clients receive an online album for viewing and download. Additionally, I work with an award winning professional print service for those clients looking for prints, frames, mattes and canvas art. I customize to your needs! If you need a special package, I can make one for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients receive a free phone consultation to discuss their needs. I can give advice on location, attire, time of day, and so forth. For large events, like weddings, we set aside time for special planning of their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional graphic designer and marketer for over 15 years. My knowledge allows me to create unique pieces of art that you will love. Additionally, I have spent extensive hours in the real estate field and understand urban, landscape and residential photography extremely well. Lastly, I have a master's degree in business and have been an independent business owner for many years. Professionalism and quality service are extremely important to me. Happy clients are my business motto!
