Josh with Xtra Hand took on my project that seemed small to other contractors. Provided a reasonable quote and timeframe. Came out and did an exceptional job plus corrected an issue found during the process. Scheduled for follow-up work in the future.

We were looking for someone to install engineered hardwood floors in our bathroom. After reading many positive reviews I contacted Josh at Xtra Hands. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost is great communication getting an idea of what the customer wants, then it’s hitting the ground running, answering any questions the customer has, we complete the job in a timely fashion, final walk through… customer is elated, Xtra Hand gets payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed many courses and got licensed to operate heavy machinery. I’m currently serving in the marine corps reserves as a combat engineer and after extensive training I was selected as academic honor graduate of my class at the school house in courthouse bay NC.
