- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price for each job is determined by considering the materials and labor needed to get it done. We can determine these things by answering a few questions such as: how much prep work is involved? Will more than one coat be required? How many square feet is the project? Etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free quotes so for all prospective customers I'll drive out to their job and offer a free estimate. I bring color books and discuss the different types of paint and answer any questions that they might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad is a professional painter and I've been helping him since I was ten, no joke!
