- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless i'm having a flat rate special (like $200 per room) I first calculate the labor cost ($20 per hour per painter), than i add in the cost of paint. I then take that number and multiply it by 2.5 (divide by .4) and that gives you the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether new or old, i like to take care of my customers needs because that is what truly grows a business .
