What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remediation prices can vary drastically based on extent of damage, where the damage is located, and how much demolition is required. Our inspections and advice are always free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a free inspection where we can make sure we have the root of the problem identified. Then we make recommendations, either professional intervention or DIY.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our inspectors are independently board certified for indoor air quality and mold remediation.
