- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for me is flexible as I try to work with people that might not can afford to have their pets taken care of. I know boarding places can charge a lot, so I try to be flexible with pricing, and not so strict with set prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do a meet & greet either once or a few times before the actual date of me watching your pets or working for you. That way your pet can meet me, get to know me & we can chat about prices & what all will be involved in the job. 😊
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I didn't go through training or any education program to start this job. My love for animals & having 20-30 pets has kept me up to date on how to tend to & care for many different pets & species.
