- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a free, no-obligation in-home or virtual estimate. 2. Estimate: review products, designs, promotions, and financing; get a same-day quote. 3. Measurement: a Service Measure Technician verifies all details for a perfect fit. 4. Installation Day: installers greet you, prepare the area (drop cloths, pet safety), remove old materials, inspect and repair openings, install, seal, trim, and clean up. 5. Final Verification: walkthrough inspection, demonstration of operation and cleaning, and answer final questions. 6. Guarantee: Champion backs the work with a limited lifetime warranty, covering parts, labor, design, manufacturing, and installation.

Champion trains all installers and service technicians through Champ University, housed within our Cincinnati manufacturing facility, ensuring skilled, consistent installation.
