Kenneth Mowles provides excellent customer service to his business Room for Improvement. Great contractor with many different skills to have any work done on my home. Kenneth provides insights and updates of improvements tips and suggestions to help homeowners like me be able to better my home for my family. He keeps his work area clean and neat, he is polite and knowledgeable about his job.

We had a tile disaster happen with another contractor. I ended up having to have them leave. I was left with a mess in my bathroom that needed fixing quickly because we had guests arriving. Kenneth was very understanding and fit us in for the following afternoon. He and his crew showed up on time, and worked in a very efficient and professional manner. Six hours later, I had a completely finished bathroom, down to the reinstalled toilet. The floor is beautiful and the work is top notch quality. He and his crew were pleasant to work with and they were sure to clean up before they left. I have more work to have done and they will be coming back. I highly recommend Room For Improvement.

Kenneth Mowles and his team installed a banister and railing on the front porch of our home. I could NOT be happier with the appearance, the workmanship, the cleanliness of the work area or the end result. It looks exactly like I had pictured it in my mnd and I will definitely recommend him and use his services again. Before and after pictures are on his website.

I liked the man and the way he talked about things and things he pointed out that were missed by others. However had difficulty getting an estimate. I didn't get in in over a week and I liked him so I called. He stated he had texted in to my land line. I asked for it to emailed. It wasn't so I gave up.
