The crew Dionte and Israel were polite and professional. I already knew what they looked like because of the employee photos sent beforehand, great touch NICE. They explained what they were going to do and got started. I felt price unit was aligned with other but installation was pricey, even though they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I needed a mini split AC and heating unit in my four season, all glass, sunroom. The company responded to my Thumbtack post within minutes, provided an estimate within two days, and installed a quality product with five days. Central Air Conditioning Repair or Maintenance
Kyle was very professional and prompt. My appointment for HVAC diagnosis was scheduled for noon but since he finished early at the previous job, he offered to come by early. I found out that the capacitor needed replacing, which was causing the fan’s start/stop noise. He explained its function and possible costs down the road if not replaced. All costs for parts were discussed before any installation was done. I’m very glad that I decided to go with Nice. No more noise when the fan starts and stops! In the past two weeks Nice Home Services cleaned our ducts, inspected and cleaned our gas fireplace, did the annual furnace maintenance and installed a new humidifier. You could not ask for a better team of technicians. They know how to do their job and are very efficient. The cost was much less than I expected compared with other companies. I definitely would refer Nice Home Service to my friends and family. I decided I was going to call another company when my 2 year old unit bailed on me and I could not be more pleasantly suprised. Naturally they came over thinking it was going to be an easy fix such as a contactor or capacitor but I would not call anyone for simple stuff like that. I more interested in the methodology and the troubleshooting process being that I'm an engineer myself. Sure enough, the young tech they sent quicky assessed that it was going to be little harder call the base for help. They were diligent enough to discover " a maintenance hook" left by the original installation company: the kind of re-occuring problem you leave behind after the installation knowing it will produce service calls. Long story short, the charge to come out and diagnose was more than fair. Literally half of what I would have paid the company that installed.
