Introduction: LG Contracting Design & Build was founded in 2007 by Lou Galarza, who serves as Owner & Designer. Lou has been bringing his passion for design and sustainability to his work building quality, healthy homes for neighbors in the DC Metro area. With strong roots in the DC area, LG Contracting has become a provider of responsible and high-quality construction. Today, LG Contracting continues to innovate and adapt with our shifting economy, emphasizing building in the most financially efficient manner possible.
