- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: To listen; Most customers know what they want, and there are some who are incisive but none the less they will let you know, just listen for the need! Step 2: Give information and receive information from customer; After listening, I give vital information about my company and services as well as get vital information about the customer. I ask any questions that will help me better service them pertaining to the the task. Step 3: Scheduling; Once you exchanged information and asked the relevant questions a service date is set. Step 4: Providing excellent service; Being as efficient, punctual, and professional as possible when dealing with the customer or and customer's belongings. Step 5: Follow up; After providing excellent service, follow up with the customer, confirming everything was to the customer's satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years experiencence in the moving industry. Five of the nine years were spent learning, working for an elite moving organization and 4 years working for myself as a owner operator of my moving company.
