Mario went above and beyond and responded immediately when I needed a last minute dryer repair! I put in a request late at night and was shocked to have a response back the same night to come out and diagnose the problem. Mario arrived exactly when he said, letting me know before he arrived as well, and managed to save me hundreds of dollars by quickly diagnosing the problem with my dryer and taking it apart to fix the issue! When it comes to matters of the home, it’s important you feel you can trust who you work with and Mario went above and beyond to explain exactly what the issue was and how he was going to fix it and kept me informed of the costs the entire time so there was never any sticker shock.
