- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the type of service requested and vary according to the length of time needed, the geographic distance, the number of people requiring my services, and whether or not a special costume is requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send out an email contract invoice as soon as an email address is provided. This has all of the information that I need to make sure that I have the correct equipment and costume for the event. All contact information is provided so that we may work out any special arrangements ahead of time. I follow up with an email and a phone call one day prior to the event-and if I don't speak to someone directly, I will try and call before leaving for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18+ years of attending classes, conferences, workshops, and (my favorite) clown camps in order to continuously improve my skills. Additionally, I am an RN with 31+ years of experience. I welcome children with challenges both physical and developmental. Happy smiles are my greatest rewards!
