FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The final cost is determined by the room's dimensions and any additional services needed, like repairs. Opting for professional painters will spare you the hassle of rectifying amateur errors down the line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Inquiry: Start by asking the customer about the number of rooms they want to paint and whether they want additional items like trims, baseboards, or doors included in the project. Estimate: Provide the customer with an estimate based on the quantity of paint required and the labor involved. Contract Agreement: Once the customer agrees to the estimate, and terms and conditions. We will proceed to schedule a starting date. Payment Terms: Your terms and conditions specify that the customer is required to pay for the materials upfront. Work Commencement: Once the estimate is acknowledged and agreed upon and the initial payment for materials is received, our team begins the painting project. Job Completion: After finishing the job on your end, the customer is expected to pay the remaining balance.
