✅ HOW BOOKING WITH US WORKS
1. Quote & Schedule Confirmation
Once pricing and scheduling are confirmed, your project is officially placed on our schedule and you’ll receive a confirmation notification.
2. Day-of-Service Communication
You’ll receive a “We’re on the way” message prior to arrival so you know exactly when to expect our team.
3. Job Completion Notification
Once work is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation update.
4. Photo Documentation
We document every project with before-and-after photos for quality control and your records.
5. Easy Online Payment
An invoice is emailed after completion and can be paid online via debit or credit card.

💳 PAYMENT & SCHEDULING POLICY
• Landscaping Projects (mulch, rock, weeding, cleanups, installations):
A deposit is required to secure your scheduled date and materials. Deposits are non-refundable.
• Mowing Services:
Payment is due upfront at sign-up to reserve service. Payments are non-refundable.
• All Services:
Remaining balances are due same day upon completion.
• Late Payments:
Unpaid invoices may be subject to a $100 daily late fee.
These policies allow us to schedule efficiently, keep projects on track, and deliver consistent service for every client.
