Contacted Jimario lawn service because my mower broke and yard was extremely overgrown and unkempt. They were out the next day and did a great job! Communication was great from start to finish. Never used a lawn service for regular mowings but considering hiring for next season!

Professionalism and good communication are 2 of the biggest things I look for when dealing with a business. Jimario and his crew have been nothing short of wonderful! Jimario is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with! I have hired Jimario Lawn Service twice now. The first time for lawn mowing and the second for shrub removal and mulch laid. Both experiences have been so simple to get scheduled and Jimario does so wonderful with communication! Both times, Jimario was punctual and showed up on the day he said he would within the time frame given. In addition, payment is exceptionally easy, which is something I always look for as well. I highly recommend Jimario Lawn Service for your outdoor needs, you won’t be disappointed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The number one thing all customers should know is that my prices are negotiable within reason! I am always willing to “work” with the customer and their budget as long as it is reasonable for my company!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I always try to start off by listening to them to see exactly what their expectations are. Then I try to figure out if they can send photos so I can give them a quote in a timely manner. Then I try to send over a reasonable quote that is hopefully within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been to over 25 seminars and trainings national and local.
