- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable and will work with anyone's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come and meet the customers to make sure they are comfortable with us and then we talk about the first time in fee which is a hourly base if the customer wants it that way or we can set a flate rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both graduated from high school and we worked with a cleaning company together for 5 years then went out on our own and have been doing this job for a total of 10 years.
