FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer volume discounts for personal training, kickboxing, life coach, and nutrition counseling sessions. This saves time for both the client and trainer, as well as increases the likelihood that the client will get results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ensure that the new client is comfortable. Then, I ensure that I understand their needs and wants so that I can address their needs as quickly as their fitness level allows. Through fitness assessments, measurements, and goal setting, etc., we track progress and keep a record of their progress to ensure that the client continues to improve. Consistency is a good thing, however being stagnant is not!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Science from George Mason University (GMU). I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am certified through the American Muscle & Fitness Personal Training Institute (AMFPT-CFT). I am also certified as a Kickboxing Instructor (AMFPT-KI). As a holder of three different certifications, continuing education is a must! I take numerous educational, fitness, and cardio classes in order to continue my education and keep up with the latest exercise science. I also read up on the latest studies of anything that has to do with nutrition, exercise, Kickboxing, or fitness.
