Jay, was awesome. My renters called about of problem and Awesome drain came through! They called right away, kept me in the loop, gave me options on repair considering my budget. They gave me finish product pictures. Did I mention it was all within 5 hours from me reaching out. What a life saver! Renting a home from a distance is stressful, especially when they let problem get to the point of despair without you knowing anything about it. Judeah came out and fixed the issues with the my main drainage line. He figured out that roots from trees were penetrating the city's lateral line causing the stoppage. He snaked out the roots clearing out the stoppage when it should have been the city's responsibility. His quote never changed and it was what I ended up paying for a job well-done! Judeah was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. He wrote an explanation on the receipt for me to show the city about how the blockage was on their side. Thank You Judeah!
