I’m grateful that the tech was able to come out so quickly and even though it was after hours because we had spoken before he gave me the daytime rate. I love that everything that was needed to complete the job. He had on hand and it was done professionally and aesthetically pleasing. The AWESOMEST experience imaginable. J (Judeah) got back to us right before midnight on New Year’s Eve! He was concerned that it was an emergency. He spent New Year’s Day fixing our huge problem. Wow! He worked with confidence, assuring us that he would fix the problem. He explained in detail every step. He called to get very special equipment brought to him.
