Marlon was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and did a WONDERFUL job getting everything working exactly as it should. What impressed me most was that he didn’t just fix the problem and leave, he took the time to show me what was causing it and explain how the breakers, receptacles, and electrical current all work together. By the time he left, I actually understood what had been happening and why.
It’s not always easy to find someone you feel you can genuinely trust when it comes to work on your home, but I absolutely felt that way with Marlon and 2COOL Enterprises. Reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do. I’ve officially found my electrician and will be using them from here on out. I couldn’t recommend them more, you will not be disappointed!

What stood out most was their “communication”. They explained the problem clearly, answered my questions without rushing, and gave straightforward options for how to proceed. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated their “integrity”—they focused on what was necessary instead of suggesting extra work.
The electrical work itself was “outstanding”. They arrived on time, protected the area while working, and completed everything neatly and correctly. I also noticed they took the time to double-check their work and make sure everything was functioning properly before leaving.

When Marlon came by to work up an estimate he assessed what parts I would need in regard to the fan needing repair and had exactly what was needed when he arrived to do the work. Even better the parts were included in the estimate. I believe Marlon not only has a great deal of experience as an electrician he has extensive knowledge as an electrician. He also took the time to make sure everything was working (specifically the dishwasher) leaving me even more confidence in his work. I feel the cost of the work was very fair especially when coupled with the quality of work performed. As an extra Marlon took a minute to make the cover on my cable light look more attractive. Again I’m very happy with Marlon’s work and plan on hiring him for more work in my house.

Mr. Marlon assessed the bathroom vanity light being replaced, he took the time to install a new junction box to ensure the wiring reached the new connections. After he completed the light installation he cleaned up my bathroom with his own broom and vacuum. That was Impressive.
