Truly the Best Cleaning Experience I’ve Ever Had! I found Kasey on Thumbtack during a hectic, last-minute move-out, and she was one of the only cleaners willing to take on the job—already a huge blessing. But what really set her apart was how she handled the very specific request I threw her way: a full deep clean using only completely non-toxic products. Without hesitation or even the slightest discomfort, Kasey was completely on board. I offered to supply the products myself, but she insisted on finding them and went to three different stores to track them down! I felt so bad she went through all that effort, but she didn’t complain once—just handled it with calm professionalism and kindness. I had to reschedule the cleaning time a few times to accommodate my husband’s work and my baby’s naps, and Kasey responded with so much grace and flexibility. When she arrived, her calm and gentle spirit immediately made me feel comfortable. I had zero hesitation leaving her in our home while I handled things at our new place. Kasey stayed as long as it took to get the job done right and kept me updated throughout the entire process. When I returned the next day, I was blown away. The cottage didn’t have that overpowering chemical smell—just clean, fresh air. And everything sparkled. I had never seen the old bathroom or wood-paneled walls look that good. Her attention to detail was incredible. She later told me she was genuinely impressed with the product I requested (Branch Basics) and loved the results—proving that you don’t need harsh chemicals, bleach, or toxic junk to get a truly deep clean. Just the right tools, intention, and someone who cares. That’s exactly what Kasey brings. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and kind spirit made this stressful move so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful to have found her and will be using her regularly for upkeep cleanings. I’m also sending all of my non-toxic-loving friends her way because Kasey is the real deal.
