I contacted the company via Thumbtack and received a response within 1 minute and a confirmation that I could get a technician within about an hour and a half. They gave me a quote and were very clear about their rates, which were fair. Mr. Steven showed up on time, got straight to work, was very courageous, focused, knowledgeable and skilled. He did an excellent job and kept things clean. He was also fast and efficient and the final invoice was very fair, even with some add-ons that I sprung on him. Overall, I will be recommending Inside Out Plumbing.

They were very responsive and professional. They have repair our water heater and done some repairs quickly. A mistake has been made by one of the workers of not paying attention on the job, but they tried to correct it. (believe he was in training) We still did not received a quote for another repair we needed for our primary bath regarding a leak. I believe it was an oversight, but overall the company has good people that know their work.
