I contacted the company via Thumbtack and received a response within 1 minute and a confirmation that I could get a technician within about an hour and a half. They gave me a quote and were very clear about their rates, which were fair. Mr. Steven showed up on time, got straight to work, was very courageous, focused, knowledgeable and skilled. He did an excellent job and kept things clean. He was also fast and efficient and the final invoice was very fair, even with some add-ons that I sprung on him.
