- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every business has different needs, dynamics, and resources. I choose to treat each opportunity, as a unique proposal. Therefore, I uniquely set my pricing based on an understanding to which would be required per my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I observe, analyze, organize, ask questions along the way to better understand the dynamics of all facets w/in an organization. My goal is to create a working environment that suits all departments well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been sorting the numbers into proper places for readable and understandable financials, with all hands on deck, since 1994. I also take time at least once a week to the trends and where my field seems to be headed.
