This man came out the same night I sent my toilet issue out in the Thumbtack universe. I explained what I did to try to fix, he evaulated, diagnosed, corrected the issue. When he realized he was missing a part, he came back the next day to finish the job to his standard. He's also a good conversationalist. Impressed.
