They came out the same day I called and even though it was difficult to figure out where the deceased rodents were just by smell, they were able to locate them and were diligent and able to do some maneuvering through difficult areas in the attic to get the 2 rodents out from under the HVAC unit. With all the ducting and stuff up there it's impressive they were able to get around up there to do that.

Initially called Epix wildlife when I heard a noise in the closet that I suspected was a mouse. Husband was out of town and I needed someone to check it out. They were the only company that was able to come out that same day. Upon further investigation they found that we had a pretty bad rat infestation under the house with multiple entry points for the rodents to get into. I hired them that day for the exclusion service which included cleaning out the crawl space, removing old insulation, replacing with new insulation and sealing all entry points. They put down dehydration bait that day and came back a week later to finish the work. Billy even came out during that week to remove a dead rat from the backyard. In addition he put glue traps down in my home to ease my mind. He offered to come back and remove them if any mice were caught. I was very pleased with the service and information provided. A little more than I wanted to spend but then again, you can’t put a price on piece of mind. Would hire again in a heartbeat
