I have worked with these folks in the past at different companies, and am so happy they have decided to get together and run their own business! I have had a great experience with these ladies doing other projects, and look forward to working with them for my master bath!

Hired on Thumbtack
I did not hire Red Ladder for my renovation for one reason only. Red Ladder was very responsive, personable, and prompt. The individual that came out to quote my project was super nice, very knowledgeable and we were on the same page with what I wanted down. Where they felt short, and significantly, was price. I ended up going with another company that delivered excellent work for half the price. I did inquire with Red Ladder to see if any adjustments could be made, as their quote was all labor and $0 for product costs, and nothing could be done according to their sales director. This is the only reason why I left a 4-star, which is perfectly fine. Cannot win them all and would never expect them to agree to terms that weren’t favorable for them.
They are well worth providing an opportunity to!

I had hired another company who, I am ashamed to say, took my down payment and I never heard from them again... When I hired Red Ladder, I was looking for a pro. That's what I got. It cost a little more, but they got my bathroom done and have a sizable warranty. So 2nd time is a charm I guess!
