I had hired another company who, I am ashamed to say, took my down payment and I never heard from them again... When I hired Red Ladder, I was looking for a pro. That's what I got. It cost a little more, but they got my bathroom done and have a sizable warranty. So 2nd time is a charm I guess!

I did not hire Red Ladder for my renovation for one reason only. Red Ladder was very responsive, personable, and prompt. The individual that came out to quote my project was super nice, very knowledgeable and we were on the same page with what I wanted down. Where they felt short, and significantly, was price. I ended up going with another company that delivered excellent work for half the price. I did inquire with Red Ladder to see if any adjustments could be made, as their quote was all labor and $0 for product costs, and nothing could be done according to their sales director. This is the only reason why I left a 4-star, which is perfectly fine. Cannot win them all and would never expect them to agree to terms that weren’t favorable for them. They are well worth providing an opportunity to!

I specifically posted the type of project I wanted and even spoke to the rep on the phone. Darryl Cheetham was the rep that came to do my quote, he immediately told me they have a $5k min work. I was a bit surprised as to why he came out and wasted our time. That said, I told him I'm looking to remodel my kitchen and if he can give me a quote. The entire time he praised himself as being prior corporate, showed me this generic PowerPoint of the company's views, than tried to initiate a digital drawing with measurements. However, it looked like he couldn't figure it out or it was all show, so he started to draw it out. When I asked a few questions about the project, he really didn't seem to know what he was talking about. I recieved an email about 3 days later with info on how to apply for financing through their company, but no quote. It's almost 3 weeks since Darryl came to take measurements and I still haven't recieved a quote. Sorry, I wouldn't call this company for any of my projects in the near future.
