- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing on Thumbtack is a rough estimation it is not the final amount. A custom menu is created for each client and based on the menu and the items it will determine the final cost. I require a deposit which is nonrefundable. If the deposit is not paid within 5 days the system will autocancel the invoice. Please contact me before the 5 days are up if you are having issues paying the deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is setting up a meeting so that I can better understand the vision of the event. From that point they can provide me with the menu for the event or explain what they are wanting and I can create one for them. I would need to know the date of the event and estimation of the number of guest that they are having. This is the meeting where all the magic happens! The goal is to bring their vision to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Telly worked as a the restaurant manager under the Hampton Inn for 4 years. Then opened her own business that has been going for 9 years. Able to cater high end events, corporate functions, private parties or functions as drop off or full service. Private chef in home functions can also be catered.
