Introduction: We are a personal chef and catering service company that specializes in Ethiopian-Puerto Rican fusion cuisine; however, we are trained in cuisines from Asian to Middle Eastern and almost anything in between. We pride ourselves in being able to offer gluten-free, diabetic and allergen-free menu suggestions. We offer private and group cooking classes from learning "how to boil water" to baked Alaska.
