- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make things simple and stress-free from the very start. When a new customer reaches out, we begin with a brief conversation to understand the issue, the system, or the project goals. From there, we schedule an on-site visit so we can fully assess the situation and provide an accurate, transparent estimate. Once you approve the work, we move quickly to get your job scheduled and completed with the highest level of craftsmanship. Throughout the process, we communicate clearly, explain what we’re doing, and make sure you’re comfortable with every step. After the job is finished, we follow up to ensure everything is operating properly and you’re completely satisfied with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC and mechanical field. I’m a licensed Master HVAC technician as well as a Master Gas Fitter, which ensures every job meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and code compliance. With decades of real-world problem-solving and continuous training in the latest systems and technologies, I’m able to deliver reliable, professional service on every project.
