After three different HVAC companies told me I needed a new condenser, I called HJB because of their reviews. Oliver thoroughly diagnosed the issue and genuinely tried to repair it before recommending replacement. I never felt pressured or upsold. He was honest, transparent, and focused on finding the most cost-effective solution. What impressed me most was the follow-up. He stayed to ensure everything was working properly, installed a new thermostat, showed me how to set it up, returned afterward TWICE to make sure the system was still running perfectly, and checked in the next morning after install to ensure I was satisfied with my AC functioning. On top that, HJB’s quote came in lower than the other companies I contacted. The quality of work, customer service, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Guy came out on Sunday and was able to get us back up and running a few hours later. He found the issue went and got the part and came back and installed new parts before the night so we didn't have to be cold!! Great work. And reasonable price!
