My price is fair. I know everything is going up so I try to keep my price reasonable on top of my experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with a new customer is to teach the customer about the HVAC system so they can have the knowledge and understand what is going on and build a great relationship with them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have classes once a month on all new systems and new refrigerant. We also take classes on all the new Virginia state, mechanical codes.
