I had 2 other technicians tell me we had to replace the unit at almost $8000. Joe came out and wondered if the ither guys even looked at the unit because he said there was a broken part he replaced and cleaned the coils and got us back in business for around 700. I waited for a really hot day (over 95) and we are cooled to a perfect 72. Great job!

Joseph from Rescue Air came to my rescue within the promised time. After receiving my concern of my a/c not reaching a set temp and poor air flow, he immediately assessed the issue: clogged coils. I was shaking my head a bit because I know I paid another company prior to take care of this. Moving along... I took a few pics because I was in awe of the situation. He was able to compare the coils to my upstairs unit and showed me how they are supposed to look. He took care of the cleaning and definitely suggested a few things to improve my system flow until end of life. I waited 24 hours to write this review because I wanted to notice the difference. Air flow feels more free flowing... even no more musty odor in the air!! (Been trying to figure that one out for thee longest) I am so glad to have reached out to Rescue Air. Thanks again Joseph. Ps-I was too much in excitement to get the after photo 😆
