The tech got back to me within 10 minutes of filling out a request ticket. Very knowledgeable and explained some of the things that I didn’t understand. We weren’t able to fully troubleshoot the issue, but they helped me figure out what I need to do myself to fix it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our System Administration and Penetration Testing programs are both just $20 an hour, with a two hour minimum. Any miscellaneous troubleshooting is $10 an hour with a one our minimum, and any other work is to be negotiated upon.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to greet the customer and make sure any questions they have are answered before work starts. I enjoy creating professional relationships and keeping my clients satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 4 years of military IT training, along with a handful of industry leading certifications.
