Air Duct Pro is awesome! We contacted Doug and scheduled an appointment for him to come to the house and give us a quote. We were having an issue with a terrible odor coming out of one of our vents. Doug looked things over, gave us a quote and he and his crew were ready to start the job two days later. Doug's crew was punctual and very professional. They completed all the work in a couple of hours and cleaned any mess behind them so you never knew they were there. They also resolved our problem with the odor in one vent. I highly recommend Air Duct Pro!

We live in a 2900 sq ft condo that's 3 stories with 25 vents, 3 returns, and a dryer vent. We paid $1475, (apparently cheaper if you pay with cash, initial estimates were $1705 to $1540) which we felt is expensive, even with the pay with cash discount! But we needed our vents cleaned and concerned with mold build up, based on Doug's initial assessment. I was unsuccessful in searching for other competitors and clueless to what the average pricing is for air ductvent cleaning. The 5 star rating is for the workers, Brandon and Gabriel, who did a great job doing all the work. Thankfully, no mold was evident but continued with the treatment as a preventive measure. To our knowledge, vents haven't been cleaned since it was built in 2006. Otherwise, a 3 star due to price!

I do apologize if you felt our pricing was high. As you mentioned, you were not able to find competitors to compare to. I know my competition and what they do and their experience. We proceeded with the job as a mold job. Most times, as it presented on the outside of the vents that there is mold in the system. We did not see mold on the inner flanges where it generally presents, this does not mean there was not mold in the system. most companies have no idea how to deal with mold and if they
they do they charge thousands to
deal with it. You had a 3 story home with more Vents than 98%
of the homes in the area. As far as the pricing, I always check my competition pricing is somewhere between 25 and 55 per Vent. With an additional price for dealing with the mold and thoroughly cleaning the dryer vent and installing a new flex duct the dryer. We have successfully dealt with this issue and have given our customers healthy air. As one of our customers said THANK YOU THANK YOU no more coughing. Quality is equitable with price most times. Our price was in line with others as I mentioned above and as you mentioned our quality was exceptional. Believe me mam I understand what our competitors charge and how they do their services. But with our new equipment our membership in Nadca and our continuing education our services ate second to none and our pricing is in lime with our high quality. Thanks for the opportunity to improve the air quality for you and your family.

Their scheduling was flexible and the service was great, came on a last minute notice to inspect and quote me for service then completed the service in a timely manner. Highly recommend and would definitely use again for any duct work I need done in the future.
