Governor’s Electric tech representative was thorough in his assessment of the issue and provided me with an answer I didn’t want to hear - in a professional manner! He was on time, courteous and provided me with good rationale. The company provided me with an estimate 2 days later, which was good by me. And, while I was late to notice a suggested start date, and responded late, they were able to turn it around and finish up the job, thoroughly, efficiently and completely within 3 hours of the time I returned their message.
