Had another company out who told me I needed $495 diagnostics for my electrical problem, which I paid, but they still couldn't find the problem and suggested running a wire from the panel to an upstairs bedroom. Well they took a few days to get me the quote on that. Meantime I called Nipper. They came in next and said they also needed an extended diagnostic(cheaper). During the diagnostic they found the problem and fixed it quickly. Just excellent troubleshooting skills and every one I talked to and interacted with was very professional and cordial. Price was very reasonable! The first company was going to charge me over $1000 to run a line from bedroom to panel. 😳

We had Roger out to our house for a diagnostic session and he was just the very soul of professionalism. He was kind, polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He found the issue, addressed it on site, and was neat and efficient, and mindful of our belongings. I cannot recommend Nipper Electric enough after today, definitely a returning customer!

I used Nipper for the first time today and they were fantastic. The technician was friendly and able to quickly troubleshoot my issue. Their rates were reasonable, and I will be using them for all of my electrical requirements in the future.

Roger and Mason were complete professionals. I had one side of my house that completely loss power and they were able to isolate what the problem was. It was not easy as i live in an older home with aluminum wiring which ended up being the source of the power loss. They both answered my questions after 4 hours of work. I would recommend Nipper Electric for anyone in the Hampton Roads area. Would give 10 stars if i could.
