The job entailed replacing all outlets, switches, checking ceiling fans and ceiling lights in a full size house making sure that the house was safe again after what could have been a very bad situation.
I am from Pennsylvania, and googled electricians in Virginia Beach area, the site came up with several areas of interests, Thumbtack being one of them. I went and submitted a inquiry and several responded with choosing Top Rope due to his knowledgeable response to my questions. Mark was reasonable and fair with his prices and wasted no time communicating with my daughter in arranging a time to meet and evaluate what needed to be done to prevent a volatile situation from happening.
I asked my daughter to observe and give her review which is:
Mark was very prompt, professional and courteous. He took the time to explain deficiencies that were found as well as what was done to correct them.
He was respectful of my time and flexible to accommodate my busy schedule. He was kind and cognizant of children and pets in the home.
He worked straight through and cleaned up after himself. There was a small issue, but as soon as Mark was contacted he was out to immediately resolve the issue.
I now have a permanent electrician that I know I can relay on and trust to do the job right!

Mark changed a very old fuse box out for a new electric box with circuit breakers. He was on time and did exactly what he promised to do. Make sure to hire him!
