FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimation. With pay, half of the payment is upfront, and the other half is to be paid when the job is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we are in person, I'll introduce myself, get the customer's input on the job, investigate, give my suggestions and price. If the customer is pleased, we'd schedule the project for the time and day best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for over 15 years professionally. I've had my Contractors license for about 3 years now. I'm insured and I have worker compensation. I started painting around 93'-94' doing new construction: residential/commercial work with an associate. Between 96' - 97', I worked with a well established company, Beck Painting, mostly repainting homes and new commercial work. Not long after that, I started industrial work, doing non skid work on ships. I took a break between 98 and 02' with the trade., but started again around 2003' and have been pretty consistent with the trade to the present day.
