Hired on Thumbtack

Jessica was fantastic - great communication, on time for estimate. Contractor showed up on time - job estimated at 3 days, took 4 (day 1 - 4 hours, day 2 -7 hours, day 3 - 6 hours, day 4 -3 hours). Thought they could have worked longer on day 1 and would have finished on time. Weather prevented them from finishing on the 3rd day. (Jessica supposed to provide me with extra tile and grout - still waiting, but confident I will get it). Overall good experience.

Jessica was the first to respond on Thumbtack, a service I've never used before. I went to see her and she made the process very easy. The installers were phenomenal and really worked hard to fit us into their extremely busy schedule. Everyone was extremely knowledgable and professional. I felt like they wanted to work hard for our business and did. I rated a 4 star because I had a phone incident with another staff member that upset me, but that was my only dealing with her and she wasn't a part of my transaction. I would have rated 4.5 stars but it wouldn't let me. 😃. I recommend K & B Expo and Jessica. Thank you.
