- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on property size and foliage density. Heroes get protected for less - military, police, firefighters, and EMS save 10% off their services. We also offer 5% discounts for customers who prepay for a season. End of year and pre-season prepay discounts may be higher.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start by understanding our customers needs and note any areas of concern to make sure we are equipped to overdeliver. We gather information about the property and provide a written quote. We don't require contracts but do require a signed agreement which gives us permission to perform pest control services on the property and once that is signed we add you to our schedule. We are typically able to come out within 1-2 days of your call. Our customers receive an appointment reminder text one day prior, a text when we are on the way, and a post service report with any information you may need to know. We auto-schedule our appointments per the agreed upon frequency so mosquitoes don't have a chance to invade your home. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with service, just let us know and we will come out for a complimentary booster treatment, adjust your treatment mixture, or refund the cost of your last treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with having the state required pesticide applicator and business license, the owner, Anna, has a degree in horticulture stemming from a passion for the outdoors and has worked in mosquito control and home services for the last nine years. Both owners, Adrian and Anna, have a long work history in the home service industry including pool cleaning and repair, outdoor lighting, and house cleaning. Their work history has given them a deep understanding of how to provide top tier customer service and over-deliver on results.
