We had Orkin doing our mosquito & tick yard treatments for years until we caught their Techs arriving to our home, never getting out of their trucks, and driving off (but claiming they performed service). We have Lyme Disease in our family, so I called Torpedo Mosquito to take over our yard sprays. They did an over-the-phone evaluation and estimate for our yard, listened to my concerns (Lyme), and came out days later to perform excellent service. I watched them as they arrived, prepped, inspected our yard, and spoke to me about treatment methods. Then they got to work! They sprayed my yard the way it should be spray -- the way Orkin would not -- and I feel so much better about the service and safety of our yard now. 3 weeks ago, I couldnt even open my garage door due to mosquitoes. Now, I can throw a baseball in my front yard or jump on our trampoline in our backyard and not get eaten alive. So glad I found Torpedo

We just had our 2nd service from Torpedo Mosquito. So happy that the chemicals they use just gets rid of the skeeters and not our beautiful butterflies. Flowers are still in full bloom with lots of bee lovin to keep them that way.

We hired this company for mosquito spraying this summer, and the difference has been amazing! Before they came out, we couldnt sit outside for more than five minutes without getting bitten. After just one treatment, the mosquitoes were practically gone, and we finally got to enjoy our backyard again.

I had such a great experience with Torpedo Mosquito. I called about a mosquito problem, and they sent someone over right awayno hassle at all. Adrian came out and was super thorough. He didnt just spray the perimeter like most companies; he hit the grass, shrubseverything.What really stood out was how much care they took. Adrian took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt heard. Unlike other companies that rush in and out, Torpedo Mosquito really made sure the job was done right.I havent seen a single mosquito or flea since. Now I can actually enjoy sitting outside by the bay without constantly getting bitten. If youre dealing with any kind of mosquito issue, I highly recommend giving them a call!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on property size and foliage density. Heroes get protected for less - military, police, firefighters, and EMS save 10% off their services. We also offer 5% discounts for customers who prepay for a season. End of year and pre-season prepay discounts may be higher.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start by understanding our customers needs and note any areas of concern to make sure we are equipped to overdeliver. We gather information about the property and provide a written quote. We don't require contracts but do require a signed agreement which gives us permission to perform pest control services on the property and once that is signed we add you to our schedule. We are typically able to come out within 1-2 days of your call. Our customers receive an appointment reminder text one day prior, a text when we are on the way, and a post service report with any information you may need to know. We auto-schedule our appointments per the agreed upon frequency so mosquitoes don't have a chance to invade your home. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with service, just let us know and we will come out for a complimentary booster treatment, adjust your treatment mixture, or refund the cost of your last treatment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with having the state required pesticide applicator and business license, the owner, Anna, has a degree in horticulture stemming from a passion for the outdoors and has worked in mosquito control and home services for the last nine years. Both owners, Adrian and Anna, have a long work history in the home service industry including pool cleaning and repair, outdoor lighting, and house cleaning. Their work history has given them a deep understanding of how to provide top tier customer service and over-deliver on results.
