Ynot Build offers very competitive pricing. Our team works hard to match your budget with construction costs. Our Estimators offer free on-site consultations and free estimates. Our customers receive job proposals within 2-3 business days. We offer free bid walks when discussing the cost of your project, our Estimators will take the time to visit you to walk through the costs of each phase of construction!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ynot Build simplifies the process when starting any new project. We start by visiting you and understanding your conceptual ideas, asking for your must haves and offering solutions to challenging design questions. Our Team of designers and product specialists work closely with our field estimators to put together professional estimates and often re-visit our potential new clients to discuss the costs and production timelines, giving you a complete picture from start to finish!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ynot Build is a Class A Licensed Contractor, we are an RBC residential building contractor, Class A Licensed CBC commercial building contractor and are certified to build ICF insulated concrete forms homes anywhere in Virginia! Fully insured with extensive knowledge in kitchen, bath and general remodeling experience!
