We are very excited about our new deck! Modern Exteriors by Design have been very professional, prompt & adapted to the timeline we requested. Everyone involved with our project were very friendly. We explained our needs. Everything was spelled out in detail what we should expect at each step. Their response time to my calls/questions was great. As a veteran, I am always thankful to work with a company with high standards and pride in the quality of work they turn out. I am happy to say, I will happily use them on future projects!

ModExt did a FANTASTIC job on my deck! Jerry provided a free estimate, gave me plenty of options, talked me through the pros and cons, and answered all my questions. Jerry, Joey, and Jordan were true professionals--on-time, polite, thorough, and careful. When minor issues arose, they provided options; even one issue that wasn't noticed until after all was done--was made right! They completed the deck on time and on budget--no surprises. I'm extremely satisfied, and would definitely hire them again! Bring on the summer BBQs!

Modern Exteriors was exceptional to work with for our new deck! They worked with me to get the best quality product and stay within our budget and even went the extra mile to get the exact color we wanted. The construction crew was timely and efficient finishing this project in 2 days despite complex grading of our yard. All in all we love our beautiful new outdoor space!!

I had 3 quotes and all were basically the same except for Yerry with modext construction. they did a great job of keeping me informed all the way through and Yerry really took the time to get to know my project and my needs and put together the perfect deck for me and my grandson. He was even nice enough to add a beautiful ramp free of charge. The job was won and completed within 2 weeks and they did a great job of cleaning it up. it looks amazing and like it was always a part of my home. I ecstatic about my new deck and highly recommend Moder Exteriors by Design

    Our products are charged on a per foot installed basis.

    We provide all of our customers with an in-person comprehensive estimate where we suggest the best solution for their problem. From initial contact to completion of the job the customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. We have a contact center to answer any and all of your questions and/or scheduling requests and we are fully digitalized allowing our Solutionists to be up to date with each job in real time.
