- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and military and senior discounts (Along with others). We offer a price lock guarantee (which means the price we give you never goes up!).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time for one of our consultants to come to your home to get measurements and sit down to listen to what you want from the project and discuss what products satisfy those needs best. We show you our products and warranties. Many people don’t know how many options they have. Especially financing options. Then if you decide to go with us we schedule you in and, if you permit, set up a group text to keep you up to date with the status of your job. Typical installation only lasts one day and you do not have to be on location as long as you have any pets put up. After installation final payment is received. Checks can be given to our installation crew upon completion, credit card payment can be received by your consultant/staff member or financing completion certificate can be filled out online. Your 50 yr warranty is then activated and you are free to leave us a 5 star review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Class A contractor with licenses in all home improvements except (HVAC plumbing and electrical). Even though I am licensed for interior work me and my crew stick to exterior jobs. I’d rather be really good at a few things than ok at them all.
