- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised by an honorable, southern hardworking man with one heck of a work ethic. He taught me for years about this trade. I have never wanted to sit behind a desk. Contracting is exciting.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There is a house here in Virginia Beach that is occupied by a very sweet elderly couple. They are both on oxygen and had trouble going all the way around the side of the house to let the dogs out back. We decided to install a pair of French doors in the back of an office room on the back side of the house. In the end, we cut through the brick,installed the doors and built a deck with stairs below. It turned out beautifully and the customers couldn't have been happier.
