- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to sit down with the customers to discuss pricing so that we can come to an agreement that fits both our needs. I can work with the customers budget as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I receive a call from the customer, I will set up an appointment to go out to their home or where the project is and discuss the customers ideas. I try my best to explain in detail all the procedures and go over pricing, this includes how much work it is, the labor involved, what materials are needed. I feel that is the best way in having the customer understand in detail what needs to be accomplished in getting their projects completed. After the project is completed, I will mail you flyers every year so you know who I am and so you can have my information on file for future projects you may want me to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from high school and I been a contractor with my father since I can remember and this is what my passion is.
