I have over 30 years of experience. Was a window and door contractor for 20 years. Wanted to get into a maintenance field for experience. Went to school and worked for a couple of apartment complexes then I went to work for military housing for the last 2 year to give me more experience to do much more. These are my many experiences I have learned I'm now certified and can fit into much of your projecs. I can do pretty much everything and if don't I know someone who can. Jeff was absolutely wonderful, quick and efficient! He worked on 2 properties. He removed debris, power washed a deck, fixed 2 toilettes, fixed vanity drawer, installed: dishwasher, washing machine, 7 fire alarms, door bell, overhead fan, laundry room bi-folds, front door... I will call on him from now on.
