- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer both an hourly rate and bids. My hourly rate is $55. I do charge a 2 hour minimum servicecall.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually will meet with the customer to go over the project. I like to spend time discussing the customers goals and expectations for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the building trades for over 20 years. I have previously held a certification in fire restoration. I graduated in 2010 from DMACC with a degree in business administration.
