Hello all reading. My name is not Ron, I never had a firm appointment with this customer and do not deserve a one star review. I had an emergency situation this week and was not able to follow up to discuss the project. We try to service all requests, but sometimes they get delayed. I wish her the best with the project.
Floor Installation or Replacement

The job is not completed yet. However, the initial communication and the beginning process of my job was quick and efficient. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they seem to understand the insurance process very well. I called Don with a 4 day turn around for completion of a flooring job for the entire condo. He and his team showed up and completed the job on schedule. He delivers. His crew was professional, tidy and left the job site cleaner than when they got there. I will use his services again with three more remodel projects when the time is right, and I highly recommend him and his team for their high standards and customer service. I don't like leaving poor reviews for people, however just a simple phone call or text to let me know our project was being put off would have been ok with me. I heard nothing from you! I emailed, called, and got no response at all. If you weren't interested in our project, then just say so. Your lack of communication was unprofessional. I wasn't demanding in any way. I have no idea how much anything costs until I get a quote, which I never did. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We price every project independently because all jobs are different. We look at every project thoroughly, take accurate measurements, pictures, etc. and propose the correct products and services for the customer needs. After a clear scope of work is established, we estimate materials, labor, equipment needed, etc, and price each job accordingly. Our pricing is extremely competitive with factory direct products and experienced and efficient labor personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We meet with customers and LISTEN to their needs and desires for the remodeling project. We try to help them clarify the scope of work desired and a realistic budget for the project. We then prepare a detailed proposal based on the discussions. The proposal includes the scope of work, time range to complete the work, and price for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University. I was a manufacturer representative for 13 years and had extensive training. I have owned Cavalier Enterprises, Class A Contractor, for 21 years and have received numerous certifications such as IICRC Water Damage Certification, Army Corp. of Engineers, Lead paint certification, Armstrong World Industries, Shaw Industries, Tarkett, Milliken. and many more.
